General terms and conditions

1. scope of application

For the legal relations between the operator of the shop and his customers founded on this Internet shop the following general terms and conditions apply exclusively in the respective version at the time of the order. Deviating general terms and conditions of the customer will be rejected. The operator is called in the following AdventureRooms Munich.

2. conclusion of a contract

Bookings can be made using the official booking form on the website www.adventurerooms-munich.de . A company booking or a booking of several rooms at the same time can also be requested using the form on the website and will be considered a booking made after receipt of the signed offer. A booking is only valid when it has been confirmed by AdventureRooms Munich via email. By booking, the participant accepts the general terms and conditions of AdventureRooms Munich.

3. services

Our services result from the description of services according to the website. Special requests on the part of the participants or additional agreements are only part of the contract if they have been confirmed in writing and without reservation by the booking office. The services of the AdventureRooms Munich begin with the arrival of the participants at the location (Fürstenrieder Str. 81, 80686 Munich). Each participant is responsible for the arrival and the punctual arrival. Please note that the time windows for each group will be reserved separately and the room will be prepared accordingly. In the event of late arrival, the entitlement to the full paid service will lapse. The time that the group arrives late will be deducted from the 60-minute countdown. There is no right to compensation.

4. prices and terms of payment

The prices for the events are listed online in the section “Booking and prices”. The prices are per person in Euro. The prices valid on the day of booking are decisive. Bookings are binding unless they are cancelled 48 hours before the date of the booking. The total amount will be paid in cash on site.

5. vouchers

Vouchers can be ordered and purchased online exclusively on our website www.adventurerooms-munich.de via the contact form or at the location in Fürstenrieder Str. 81, 80686 Munich, Germany. The voucher must be paid for in advance and will only be sent or handed over after full payment has been received. The voucher does not claim a desired date, the date must be booked regularly via the booking form. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Payment of the voucher or the balance is not possible. If an appointment booked with a voucher is cancelled or postponed, the same conditions as described in point 8 of these General Terms and Conditions apply.

6. number of participants and minimum age

The maximum number of participants per game depends on the room booked. A maximum of 6 people can play in a group in the “Alice” room. In the room “Original Adventure Game” 6 persons can play in the standard game mode and up to 12 persons in the duel mode, but at least 7. The minimum number of participants is 2 persons. The minimum age for participation in AdventureRooms Munich is 9 years. The participation of persons under the age of 18 is only possible when accompanied by an adult.

7. terms of use

Participation is at your own risk. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants or their legal representatives if they are minors. The participants are fully liable for all damages to equipment and objects caused by them. Photographing and filming of any kind within the AdventureRoom Munich game is prohibited. The instructions of the instructor must be followed. AdventureRooms Munich is not suitable for people with claustrophobia, panic attacks, indisposition in narrow and dark rooms or the like. In addition it is pointed out that there are different doors, which do not correspond to a standard door. There may be situations in the game in which the participants have to pass places that are difficult to access. For exact door dimensions, please use the contact form.

8. change concerning registration or cancellation of participation (cancellation)

After the conclusion of the legally valid contract according to number 1, a transfer of the booking is only possible if it takes place at least 48 hours before the booked date and if corresponding availability is given. A cancellation of the booking at least 48 hours before the booked date is possible. If there is a cancellation or postponement at any time less than 48 hours before the booked date, the full amount must be paid, even if no service has been used.

9. program changes on the part of AdventureRooms Munich, cancellation of the implementation

AdventureRooms Munich reserves the right to make minor changes to the services. This has no influence on the validity or content of the subject matter of this contract. It may happen that AdventureRooms Munich has to cancel an event or game or cancel a booking. In this case, the participant will be informed immediately and offered an equivalent offer. Should the participant not be able to respond to this offer, he/she is entitled to a refund of the price paid. Claims for further compensation for expenses or losses are excluded. The admission to the events of the AdventureRooms Munich can be refused to the participants (group or individual group members) without giving further reasons, if they are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs or otherwise behave unreasonably. In this case there is no right to a refund. If AdventureRooms Munich has the justified impression that the participants use violence and deliberately destroy the facilities, the game may be abandoned. In this case there is no right to a refund.

10. force majeure

If the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure, there is no right to compensation. Force majeure are events which AdventureRooms Munich cannot foresee or avert. These include in particular: war, terrorism, political unrest, natural disasters, nuclear events, fire/water damage or similar events.

11. liability

The insurance is the responsibility of the participants. AdventureRooms Munich ensures that the agreed services are provided with reasonable care and appropriate knowledge. AdventureRooms Munich assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages such as injuries of any kind, deaths, losses (e.g. not felt pleasure) or similar. AdventureRooms Munich also does not assume any liability for services provided to third parties.

12. data protection

During the game, the group is accompanied in real time by a so-called game leader with the help of video cameras installed in the rooms. These only serve to inform the game leader about the current progress of the group and, if necessary, to give tips in the sense of assistance. The images are neither stored nor transferred to other screens or used for other purposes.

13.change of the AGB

AdventureRooms Munich reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

14. applicable law and jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes is the headquarters of AdventureRooms Munich.

15. severability clause

Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this contract. The parties undertake to replace ineffective or void provisions with new provisions which do justice to the economic content of the ineffective or void provisions in a legally permissible manner. The same shall apply if a gap is found in the contract. In order to fill the gap, the parties undertake to work towards the establishment of appropriate provisions in this contract which come as close as possible to what the contracting parties would have determined in accordance with the meaning and purpose of the contract if the point had been considered by them.
